I am going to soccer camp for a week…but I don’t have time to straighten my hair every morning because its super thick and its pretty frizzy…how can I control my hair while I am there because I wont have much time..plus there is a dance at the end and i wanna look good for that..any ideas on what I can do to my hair or any products i can buy offline to use while im in the shower on my hair? Oh and how should I dry it? I cant use a hair dryer and towel dry just makes it frizzier right? PLZ I NEED HELP!

Lets say I am trying to control the ball ,or in any other situation at field , and an opponent phycially stronger than me comes ahead of me or physically push me aside and take ball.
What is technique to avoid or overcome or just sneak pass in such situation?
With speed or what?
