I need to build endurence, muscle, speed, and a good looking body that I can be proud to have. i’m a proud girl, and i would like to have a good body, but still be 120 or under. i don’t mind building muscle, but I don’t want to out muscle my boyfriend(by too much)=D. so any info will be very helpfull. thanks to all those who will reply.

forever&always? asked: My soccer camp goes from 9am-2pm. Out of this time, we are moving for 4 hours. 1 hour is for lunch and we sit down for that.
We run a lot around the track, we run a mile a day, do sprints and jogs and of course, soccer drills.
i eat relatively 1400 calories a day. Sometimes less depends if I’m hungry of not.
I’m currently 135 pounds at 5′9 so I was wondering how much I will loose just outta this camp for soccer for 2 weeks?
